The standard needle is identical with the originally included in the Coravin system 1000
Rapid pouring needle is slightly thicker than the standard and the needle is designed to provide a fast pouring.
Vintage needle is thinner than the standard needle and is designed for older bottles that are are protected by an older cork . Vintage needle will be more gentle when inserting into the cork and the pouring slower, but the cork closes tightly when the needle is removed.
